What started as weekend farmers' market sourdough has grown into a beloved neighbourhood bakery. We still use the same starter, the same slow-fermentation process, and the same commitment to making bread the way it should be made β with time, care, and exceptional ingredients.
Our flour comes from local organic mills. Our butter is European-style. Our chocolate is single-origin. Because great bread starts with great ingredients.

From wedding bread tables to corporate breakfast spreads, we create custom bake packages for every occasion. Minimum 72 hours notice for custom orders.
