Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Stratpace Digital ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide web development, performance optimization, SEO/GEO/AEO foundation services, and ongoing retainer packages. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal agreed upon before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
Typical structure: 50% upfront before work begins, 50% upon delivery. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Audit fees are paid in full upfront. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee on outstanding balances.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access credentials required to complete the project. Delays caused by late client deliverables may extend project timelines accordingly.
6. Revisions & Scope Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Requests outside the original scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before implementation.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Retainer clients may cancel with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
8. Limitation of Liability
Stratpace Digital's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
